Buying
YeahJamaicaShop.com is a platform that allows sellers to sell and display their
products and services to potential buyers. We are NOT a seller or a merchant (WE
ARE NOT WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM). We design the platform and
implement rules, restriction, and policies to prevent fraud, dishonesty, corruption,
scamming and illegal activities to provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable online
marketplace.
We provide tools and resources for buyers to report a problem with their purchase
and guidelines governing return processes. Buyers are encouraged to first address
any issues with the seller, utilizing our terms and conditions as a guideline.
We try our very best to provide a wide variety of products and services, but we
may not be able to fulfill all your orders in cases where the product is out-of-stock.
In such cases, the buyer will be notified by the seller and the buyer will not incur
any penalties.
Buying from multiple seller
Buyers are welcome to buy from multiple sellers. When buying grocery, we
encourage you to by from one or two sellers to cut down delivery cost.
Order and Pick-up In-store
Order and pickup in store are not allowed for private seller products. If the item is
for sale by a private seller is not eligible for pick-up and pay instore.
Pay Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is a payment method that allows customers to order items and
pay when it's delivered. Customers are still required to pay the delivery cost. Cash
on delivery payment method is not allowed for private seller products. If the item
is for sale by a private seller is not eligible for Cash on delivery. Not all customer
location and address are eligible for Cash on Delivery due to safety and road
conditions. At some time customer may have to arrange a meeting at an agreed
location to conduct Cash on Delivery transactions.
International taxes, duties and customs fees
YeahJamaica.com ships your package DDU(Delivered duty unpaid), duties and
taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict
what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your
country's customs policies please contact your local customs office.
Shipping local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes,
and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All
taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyers of the package.
Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of
payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
Orders shipping to International addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total
purchase amount limit of $1,000, or a maximum purchase item limit of 20 items
per order, whichever comes first.
Delivery is not available for P.O boxes.
Payments
YeahJamaica will only take online payment for the minimum purchase of JA
$200.00. All payments are processed by Stripe, a Payment Processing company
operating in the U.S, hence all purchases are converted to U.S dollars. The
exchange rate is controlled by the market and is subjected to change daily.
YeahJamaica has no control over the exchange rate.
Return, Refunds, and Fraudulent Issues
YeahJamaica.com will only account for debit or credit card payments made
directly on YeahJamaicaShop.com or process by YeahJamaica.com
representatives. We will NOT help to resolve any dispute involving transaction
directly between buyers and sellers not processed on our website. To prevent fraud
Do Not Send Money (via wire or electronic transfers) Directly to Seller for any
product or services shown on YeahJamica.com.
Buyers are encouraged NOT to conduct face to face transaction for order/reserve
and pick up in-store services. YeahJamaicaShop.com will not be responsible for
dispute over any transaction where products are reserved online and buyer pick-up
and pay in-store.
While we at YeahJamaicaShop.com work to provide a fair marketplace, return and
product issues are handled by the seller. You have 24 hours to verify your product
and report a problem to the seller using our assistant tools. After that, it will be
depended on the seller on how the issue will be resolved. Please see the “seller
policy” for returns on damaged goods or to resolve other issues with your
purchase. We provide tools and resources for you to connect and resolve issues
with the seller. If the issue cannot be resolved then Yeah Jamaica will intervene
and try to resolve it.
Buyer will be required to contact the seller about the issue first. For issues with
malfunction or product not working please check with the seller for warranty or
replacement policies.
buyers are required to pay for delivery if the seller does not include it in the
price. we are not responsible for on-time delivery. delivery may take longer
than expected. total price may be different from the total price we listed on
our website due to shipping, the tariff for international, handling etc. A
$200.00 JMD minimum payment required to pay by debit or credit card. if
you owe us and you don't pay us we reserve the right to take you to court
or minus the balance from future or current payments. It is important to
keep your information updated such as email address and phone number

Our system stops processing refunds after 20 days passed the order date but
you may still work with the seller to get a refund, exchange, or a store credit
